JOB DETAILS:
Location: In the 5 program districts (Kamuli, Buyende, Namutumba, Kamuli and Bugweri)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be responsible for implementing program plans, including specific themes, and monitor project activities and compliances at the field level.
• Coordinate with Health D epartment, Community-Based Organizations a nd G o v e r nme n t Departments/ officials in the villages and the District of the project area.
• Coordinate and establish linkages with District and others to ensure support to deliver project requirement.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs / related activities for stakeholders and project staffs.
• Manage trainings, do regular field visits and provide handholding support to community mobilizers, district level team whenever necessary.
• Routine collection of data tools and entering tools using the appropriate packages. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the program Manager.
