Job Summary:
The Program Assistant will provide administrative and programmatic support to ensure effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of UAC programs and activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating program activities and events.
2. Maintain accurate records of program data and reports.
3. Prepare program-related correspondence and documentation.
4. Liaise with stakeholders and provide logistical support for program implementation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
5. A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
6. At least 2 years of experience in program administration or coordination.
7. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
