About the job
Balaji Group A Ltd is looking for skilled Auto Mechanics. They will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing the same to maximum reliability and and functionality of its trucks and tractors.
The mechanics will head the company workshops at Kawanda, Kapeeka and Hoima respectively.
Their key responsibilities will be to;
• Oversee the maintenance of the company trucks and tractors
• Examine tractors and trucks to dragonize issues accurately
• Maintain worklogs for repairs and maintenance of the trucks and tractors
• Maintain and implement periodic maintenance schedules and coordinate routine maintenance work to enhance trucks functionality and longevity.
• Preparing maintenance and repairs reports to the fleet manager
• Manage and maintain records for for relevant spares
• Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or vehicle users.
