JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• The Field Supervisor will oversee field operations, ensuring that fiber installations are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Supervise field teams during fibre installations and maintenance,
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and health and safety standards,
• Report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
Required Skills & Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and project management tools.
• Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, writing)
Qualifications
• Degree in Telecommunications or related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field supervision, preferably in fiber networks.
Additional Qualifications
• Any additional relevant qualification for this position would be considered as a plus.
• Position available for local residents in Uganda
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
