JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Work Location: Kiggunga – Mukono
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase sales through customer acquisition and retention.
• Handle orders promptly and ensure they are fulfilled.
• Follow up on credit customers to ensure timely payments.
• Conduct price research to support decision-making.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers and National Sales Managers to ensure timely service and deliveries.
• Maximize sales volumes, recruit customers, and retain existing ones.
• Participate in FMCG product promotions within the assigned area.
Education and Experience:
• Minimum of a diploma in Agricultural, Animal Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior training in Professional Selling Skills or Customer Service is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in a busy sales role, preferably in FMCG or agriculture-related industries.
