Job Purpose

Provide Administrative support services to the unit.

Key, Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintain electronic and manual records at the unit;
  2. Supervise support staff within the unit;
  3. Manage the assets of the Unit;
  4. Manage logistics within the Unit;
  5. Provide secretariat services to unit committees;
  6. Make hotel bookings, arrange meetings, itinerary;
  7. Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

Honour’s Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities or Management Sciences from a recognized University

Skills/Competences

  1. Computer Literacy;
  2. Interpersonal skills and teamwork;
  3. Communication Skills.
