Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) is actively searching for an individual to serve as a Secretary/Office Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing records and calendars to make sure all scheduled operations function smoothly.
• Collecting and delivering of documents.
• Supporting staff in legal research.
• Handling correspondences and others.

Qualifications and Skills
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management.
• 3 years of work experience.

• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving ability.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
