Our client a fast-growing kindergarten and primary school in Wakiso seeks to fill in the vacant positions below:
Job Title: School Nurse
Job purpose: The School nurse provides care, manag-es, and assesses the behavioral health concerns, connect pupils and families on matters of health, and creates care plans for pipuls. Overall ensures disease prevention, providing care, and ensuring equitable access to healthcare and a complete wellbeing of the pupils.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Conducting screenings, providing first aid, and offering referrals for further medical attention
• Developing and monitoring health plans for pupils
• Assessing and monitoring pupils’ health status
Qualifications:
• A minimum of a certificate in Nursing, or Certificate in Comprehensive Nursing with proof of registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council. MUST have practiced for 2 years and above.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Professional Certificate
