Salon Account Developers job at Movit Products

JOB DETAILS:
Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with salon clients to increase product sales and brand loyalty.
2. Implement strategies to meet sales targets within the assigned territory.

3. Provide support, training, and product knowledge to salon partners.

4. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the company for improvement of products and services.
5. Monitor stock levels, promotions, and sales performance of salons.

6. Resolve client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Fluency in English; knowledge of French or local languages in DRC is an added advantage.

6. Familiarity with the Western DRC region and the salon industry is a plus.
7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales management tools.
