Research Officer-Aquaculture job at National Agricultural Research Organisation

JOB DETAILS:

Duty Station: Ngetta Zonal Agricultural Research and Development Institute in Lira District
Reports to: Director of Research
Salary Grade: UR 5(1)

Job Purpose:
A successful applicant will be responsible for planning, designing, and conducting research and presenting findings in their respective fields for enhanced and sustainable aquaculture production.

Minimum Academic Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Sciences
• Master’s Degree in Aquaculture
• Should have a minimum of three years of demonstrated working experience in a related field and a proven record of publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Possession of a PhD or admission to a PhD Programme is an added advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
