JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the HIV/TB work plan in the Cluster districts under Baylor Foundation Uganda as the Sub-recipient (SR) of the GC7 grant.

Overall Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the implementation of HIV/TB work plan in the Cluster districts and monitor performance against the set targets.
2. Initiate and monitor the procurement plan; distribution and utilization of all supplies for the TB/HIV project in line with the Global Fund policy guidance.

3. Develop periodic, disseminate and track work plans (annual and quarterly) for the implementation of the DREAMS project activities in the SNU.
4. Build capacity of Prevention officers and prevention assistants in the cluster districts, and other community stakeholders to deliver comprehensive HIV prevention services to Adolescents, and other priority populations in the cluster districts through training and mentorship.

5. Implement quality assurance plan that ensures delivery of a comprehensive and impactful HIV prevention program in alignment with the implementation plan.

6. Prepare and avail timely periodic performance progress reports on the HIV/TB project the Global Fund/TASO grant.

7. Provide leadership to the cluster project team that ensures timely staff recruitment, their retention and performance through timely performance appraisal, coaching and professional development in line with the organizational policy.

8. Develop and maintain effective corporate, government, and community partnerships while strengthening the community engagement in HIV Prevention.

9. Monitoring resources for the project as per set donor & Baylor Uganda standards and poor performance addressed early to maintain required progress for the project.
10. Ensure that Communication with internal and external stakeholders is conducted in a highly professional and timely manner at all times.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
• · Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities and or health related discipline.
· At least two years’ work experience implementing AGYW/ABYM or DREAMS Initiatives is an added advantage.
• 3 Years Relevant Experience

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
