MANAGER COMPLAINTS & LITIGATION
Position : Manager Complaints & Litigation
Number of Positions : One (1)
Directorate/Dept./Office Legal
Level :IRA 3
Duty Station: Head Office
Responsible to : Director Legal/ Secretary to the Authority
Responsible for Sr. Legal Officer Complaints & Litigation
Working Relationships Internal: Heads of Departments
External: Government Ministries and entities, External counsel, Law practicing and collaborating firms, Courts of Law, and the public.

PURPOSE

To ensure the provision of legal services, compliance with the provisions of the Insurance Act and other pertinent laws.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors (Honors) degree in Law.
  2. At least a Master’s Degree in Law
  3. Diploma in Legal Practice
  4. A valid Practicing Certificate.
  5. Professional qualification in Insurance, ICSA or any other equivalent professional
