Airtel Uganda Limited is a mobile communications and information technology services provider in Uganda. Uganda’s leading provider of affordable communication products and services; 2G, 3G and 4G wireless voice, data services and mobile commerce through Airtel Mobile Commerce Uganda Limited. Airtel Uganda Limited is a subsidiary of Airtel Africa PLC.

Airtel Mobile Commerce Uganda Limited is a payment service provider licensed by Bank of Uganda. Following the enactment of the National Payment Systems Act, 2020, AMC Uganda took over the provision of Airtel Money Services from Airtel Uganda Ltd. AMC Uganda is licensed and regulated by the Bank of Uganda as a Payment Systems Operator (Electronic Money Systems) and Payment Service Provider. Airtel Mobile Commerce is a subsidiary of Airtel Africa PLC.

The registered address and principal place of business for both Companies is Airtel Towers, Plot 16A, Clement Hill Road, Nakasero.

The Graduate Management Training Program

If you are a Young and Energetic man or woman, you are invited to participate in Airtel Uganda’s Graduate program. Airtel Uganda has a vast array of talent requirements across various professional fields. To drive the youth agenda and respond to the ever growing need for professionalism and specialization, Airtel Uganda has introduced the Graduate Management Training Program with an aim to develop skills, knowledge and confidence among the selected beneficiaries that will transform them into successful and competitive professionals for the job market today.

The program will provide exciting opportunities for young graduates in shaping their career journeys with the fastest developing technology sector in the world.

At Airtel, you will have the opportunity to and take pride in participating in the creation of many firsts that will continue putting smiles on the faces and hearts of our customers, as you build your career to leadership.

The 12 months intensive training program will expose the Graduate Trainees to;
1. Mentoring, support and hands-on training from some of the most brilliant minds in Uganda.
2. Gain valuable experience in various functions within the business.
3. Attend to work and get exposed to a work environment whilst gaining professional development.

Thereafter, the Graduate Trainees will be appointed to specific roles within the organization, further on-the-job training and management development beyond the initial year.

A total of 10 Graduate Trainees will be recruited into the following functions;

1.Marketing: 2 Graduate Management Trainees to handle Market Analysis and eventually grow to revenue managers.

2. Airtel Money: 4 Graduate Management Trainees to handle Relationship Management and Analysis

3. Networks: 2 Graduate Management Trainees to handle Telecommunication Engineering

4. Information Technology: 2 Graduate Management Trainees to handle Systems Engineering

    hello , since we are still in lockdown the university is closed and its hard to get the recommendation letter from the faculty,so what i want to know is if i submit my documents with out the letter am not going to be considered
