Requirements
1. Educational Qualifications:
o Degree in a business-related field from a recognized institution.
2. Professional Certification:
o Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of finance management experience.
3. Experience:
o Prior experience in managerial roles is an added advantage.
4. Skills and Expertise:
o Leadership Abilities: Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
o Financial Management: Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, strategic planning, and regulatory reporting.

o Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

o Technical Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
o Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and professionalism.
