JOB DETAILS:
Job purpose:
To find new sales leads, through market visits and continuous customer engagement.
Specific Tasks:
• Market of all products through regular field surveys.
• Build a sound customer base through recruiting and bringing on new clientele.
• Manage all the sales & marketing activities including development of visible brand.
• Assist in logistical arrangements to achieve production and sales.
• Assist in debt collection where applicable.
• Manage all the sales & marketing activities including development of visible brand.
• Achieve the set daily/weekly/monthly sales target for products across the board.
• Respond to sales inquiries pertaining to the products or service as and when they arise.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
• Provide feedback on current market situations and carry out market price comparisons.
• Act as an interface between the customers and the Company by improving Customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or related field
• A minimum 3 years of sales experience is required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent sales and customer service skills, excellent proven negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills
