JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
Account Management focus is to maintain the company existing customer relationship, uncovering Enterprise Opportunities, to align Insight strategically and formally with the client, whether this be at framework or contractual level. To present all available lines of business to the client and sell wide and deep wherever possible in engaging multi-level contracts, vertically and horizontally and ensuring that all lines of business are connected across relevant company or divisional contacts.

Responsibilities:
• Build long-term relationships with new & existing clients, and provide trustworthy feedback to them, on ways to serve them better.
• Continuously assess risk in an account and proactively engage with the customers to prevent churn.

• Understand the customer’s business needs and how our products impact their business and effectively articulate the value of Cyber Security solutions and services to prospects and existing customers. This helps to promote and engage cyber security solutions that are customized to each client’s environment.

• Prepare, implement and execute strategic account plans & update on a weekly basis. This includes reviewing lost business and develop plan to action of winning back customers.
• Construct and present tailored presentations, proposals and quotations to clients while adhering to the rules and guidelines of the company with the intention of growing opportunities within the territory.

• Understand the customer’s business needs and how our products impact their business and effectively articulate the value of Cyber Security solutions and services to prospects and existing customers. This helps to promote and engage cyber security solutions that are customized to each client’s environment.
• Maintaining open communication channels with clients, vendor partners, distributors, and prospects.

• Follow-up with prospective customers via phone, email, and virtual/face to face meetings and report activities directly to the line manager, regarding the status of any client-related opportunities.
• Ability to accurately qualify opportunities and forecast sales pipeline.
• Works collaboratively with the technical and assurance team to ensure ongoing account management and technical support to generate new upsell opportunities.

• Assist in negotiating and structuring of deals with key pipeline clients for business development and continued account management.
• Train and build on the Cyber Security industry knowledge by engaging in trainings, webinars/seminars, vendor, and key industry certifications programs.
• Lead Business Review Calls to assess customer experience, current usage of product, IT environment changes and growth opportunities.
• Ensure records of records of sales negotiations & revenue are in place for reference purposes.
• Front office management Handling in-house communication through PBX, Assisting and welcoming guests and receiving letters, packages and re-distributing them.
• Coordinate staff meetings, ensure office neatness, travel arrangements etc.
• Monitor office expenses and costs including placing orders on supplies when necessary.
• Build and document renewal quotes and report accordingly.
