JOB DETAILS:
Responsible for sample transportation from lower health facilities to respective hubs, post office and deliver results in a timely manner ensuring high level of biosafety and bio security
Key Responsibilities
1. Pick client samples from designated IDI-MWHP supported health facilities and deliver them to the designated lab hub for testing
2. Pick results from the Laboratory hubs and deliver them to the respective peripheral health facilities
3. Ensure safety and security of client samples during transportation to the laboratory hubs for testing
4. Maintain utmost confidentiality and protection of client results and any other related information during transportation of results to the health facilities
5. Timely response and availability at the required facility whenever called upon to offer support
6. Ensure safety and security of the motor bike during after sample transportation process
Academic Qualifications
• Uganda Certificate of Education
Person Specification
1. Possession of full licensing and a riding permit as guided by the Traffic and road safety Act and any other relevant laws of Uganda
2. Ability to keep the motor bike in a road worthy condition as per stated requirements
3. A valid riding permit
4. Minimum of UCE qualification
