POST: REGISTRATION OFFICER

AGE: 23 -45 YEARS

DURATION: 05 MONTHS (RENEWABLE)

SALARY SCALE: PROJECT SCALE

REPORTS TO: THE SETTLEMENT COMMANDANT

LOCATION: ADJUMANI/HOIMA DESKS

NUMBER OF POSTS: 02

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCE

Applicants should be Ugandans holding an honours Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Social Sciences or Economics or Statistics or Social Work and Social Administration,

WORK EXPERIENCE

Suitable candidates should have two years relevant working experience. Knowledge of Refugee Information Management Systems shall be added advantage.

DUTIES

1. Reports to Protection Officer
2. Document and Register Asylum seekers and Refugees using authorized Registration system.
3. Enter and update new birth and death registration.
4. Handle registration related complaints.
5. Update of Refugee Status documents as advised by REC/ RAB
6. Perform any other duty assigned
