A successful candidate will have the following:
FH Association is seeking an experienced Digital & Technology Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and supporting FH’s digital and technology ecosystem at the Area Program (AP) and all its communities to realize value for the shareholders and investors. This position plays a key role in planning, implementing and supporting ongoing operations and projects in support of the Digital and Technology ecosystem including hardware, software, internet connectivity, and end-user support. The role includes partnering and supporting digital development initiatives focused on using digital and technology to empower communities, improving access to resources, and enhancing the organization’s impact.

The Digital & Technology Support Coordinator should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MIS coordination, digital ecosystem management, and device management, preferably within an INGO or non-profit organization. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks and conducting data analysis for program evaluation, Proven experience with digital tool selection, integration, and management.

A Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,  Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Digital or a related field preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other data management and analysis software.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Excellent organizational,  communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Knowledge of device management software, digital ecosystem tools, and best practices in data security and compliance.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
