Client Relationship Executive – Metropol

About the job

Metropol is a Credit Reference Bureau licensed by the Bank of Uganda. Metropol CRB provides services to all credit providers in Uganda including financial institutions, trade credit providers, utility companies, insurance companies and many more.
The Client Relationship Officer is a link between the Participating Institutions and Metropol CRB with a responsibility of managing relationships while aiming at improving service delivery and growing revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The holder of the position shall be expected to execute the following among other responsibilities;
 Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective customers.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
 Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
 Provide customers with comprehensive product consultations and guide them in their decision-making process.
 Resolve complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
 Foster high sales and good customer service practices.
 Ensure client satisfaction.
 Conduct Training i.e. user onboarding training and developmental training.

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

 A Bachelor’s Degree in any Business related field.
 Proficiency in computer packages especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
 Must have good business acumen and passion to offer solutions to customer issues.
 Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & DESIRABLE SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
 At least 1 year’s relevant work experience in a busy market-oriented organization.
 Ability to prioritize and accomplish assigned work in a timely manner.
 Creative problem-solving abilities
 Uncompromising integrity and ethical standards
 Should be a team player
 Good communication and presentation skills
 Attention to detail
 Ability to multi-task.
