Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations at Piffany Company Limited. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety while optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines.

• Monitor production processes, resolve issues, and improve workflows.

• Supervise and train production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Maintain production equipment and trouble shoot operational issues.

• Track production KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.

• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
• Any other duty assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
