JOB DETAILS:
Roles/Responsibilities (General for Merchandisers):
1. Ensure product displays in retail outlets are visually appealing and meet branding guidelines.

2. Replenish and monitor product stock levels in stores.

3. Implement promotions, product launches, and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
4. Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and shop owners.

5. Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer preferences.
6. Assist in increasing product visibility and sales within the assigned area.

7. Submit daily and weekly reports on merchandising and sales activities.

Qualifications:
1. A diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience in merchandising or sales in the FMCG or beauty industry is preferred.
3. Strong  communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region.

5. Knowledge of local languages in Western DRC and English proficiency is an advantage.
6. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
