JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
1. Carry out sales work according to the company and department sales tasks, and complete various sales indicators;
2. Analyze the existing market and customers, discover the potential needs of customers, guide the existing needs of relevant customers, and achieve sales goals;
3. Responsible for business negotiation with customers, establish customer relationships, and improve contract volume and profit margins;
4. Responsible for coordinating various internal and external resources, solving problems in the process of project implementation, and improving customer satisfaction;
5. Through customer return visits, understand customer needs and potential needs to improve customer satisfaction and promote customer secondary development;
6. Other work items assigned by superior leaders.
Job Requirement;
1. Fluent in English;
2.Have 1-3 years of sales experience in PV industry, like to sell, love to sell. Engineering majors are preferred;
3. Cheerful personality, courage to challenge, strong resistance to pressure, hard-working, able to visit customers with high intensity;
core requirement:
1. Strong communication skills
2. Strong execution force, strong work initiative
3. Have industry knowledge, power electronics professional foundation, the basic circuit, PWM, inverter debugging method has a certain understanding, and strong problem analysis and solution ability.
