Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of UAC offices and programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage office correspondence and documentation.
2. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
3. Ensure proper record-keeping and filing of documents.
4. Provide logistical support for meetings, workshops, and events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
5. A Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
6. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
8. Strong communication and organizational skills.
