Job Summary:   The Graduate Trainee Program aims to offer recent graduates practical experience, professional skills, and knowledge in the fintech and financial inclusion sectors. This program helps Ensibuuko build a strong talent pool to support future growth and innovation.

Program Overview:

The program lasts 12 months and offers:

Departmental Rotations: Experience different business functions.

Workshops: Enhance technical and soft skills.

Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced professionals.

Networking: Connect with industry experts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

We’re looking for recent graduates with degrees in fields like Finance, Business, IT, or related areas, who are passionate about fintech and innovation.
