Senior Administration Officer job at Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services for people with disability in Uganda (CORSU)

JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose
The position holder is expected to support the smooth running of the administrative part of the hospital by providing necessary supervision of the outsourced service providers, the Estates team and fleet/drivers liaising with all other hospital administrative functional areas using effective management tools. Reporting effectively to the Head of Human Resource and Administration to achieve that role.

Work Experience, knowledge & skills.
• University degree in Social Sciences or Public Administration, Health Management, etc
• Good computer knowledge, MS Office, ERP systems
• 3 years’ experience in a hospital setting carrying out Administration work (i.e. in tertiary health institutions and hospitals).

• Experience in working in the NGO/Not-for-Profit sector.

• Knowledgeable of administration, Procurement, Public admin legal matters and insurance procedures
• The position demands Precision, Commitment, Honesty, Transparency and Confidentiality

• Good English language and two other local languages
• Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills

• Capacity to priorities, concentrate on the task at hand while keeping attention to detail.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
