JOB DETAILS:
Position Summary:
Provide administrative support for the implementation of the DREAMS project through planning, and acquisition of all project resources, equipment, and materials required to ensure that the AGYW receive a primary package and secondary contextual services that will empower the ABYW to be Determined, flesilient, AIDS-Free, Mentored and Safe. Provide support to ensure that there’s full documentation of program results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement programs and projects within the sub-county Manage and allocate resources, including budget and personnel Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and partners.
• Monitor and report on program progress and performance
• Identify and address challenges and opportunities within the sub-county.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
• Represent the organization in local forums and meetings.
Required Education, Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (eg, public administration, social Science)..
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program coordination, management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant held
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools certification in program management or a related field

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with local government

Physical Ability:
• Ability to reside in Luwero
• Travel frequently within the sub-county and occasionally to other locations.
• Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and partners.

• Contract Tenure: 1 year with a possibility of extension subject to availability of funding
