Account’s Administrator job at Touton Uganda

JOB DETAILS:
A new opportunity opened up in our Kampala, Uganda office. We are seeking a passionate Account’s Administrator to join our team. You will play crucial role in the financial health of the organisation by ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Your missions:
• Prepare payment requisitions, prepare payments to suppliers and staff.
• Keep records of all cash movements in accounts system.

• Reconcile books and provide timely weekly & monthly reporting to Kampala finance team.

• Keep records of and keys in daily coffee deliveries and evacuations in company’s data records system.
• Keep records of and keys in daily production activities reports in company’s data records system.

• Participate in physical stock inventory control and reporting in company’s system.

• Supports the sustainable sourcing manager in conducting data analysis and extracting relevant learnings and information in order to inform management decision making and project implementation strategy.
• Supports in preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly projects update reports.

Your profile:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.

• Proficiency in any of accounting software (e.g., TALLY, SAGE) and MS Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle diverse tasks.
