Job Description
Actively undertake the execution of the E-channels strategy to drive penetration of the allocated portfolio of e-channel products to foster product uptake and business growth goals through superior relationship management, various sales initiatives, monitoring, and support of the branch network.

Key responsibilities
1. Preparation of digital performance reports and dealing with branches directly to ensure improvement in performance
2. Participate and engage branches into activities intended to drive the set percentage targets of alternative channels against bank transactions

3. Responsible to supporting and driving Channel uptake and activity to achieve the percentage expectation on all alternative channels
4. In charge of receiving and storing all KYC documents related to e channels department and ensuring compliance without exception
5. Ensure all internal and external customer complaints are resolved within 48 hours as per customer charter.
6. Support on ensuring digital staff knowledge through trainings conducted
7. Support branches on boarding of Active schools banking with the bank
8. Ensuring All Borrowed Schools are on boarded on School Pay as well as coordinate school pay trainings to support on activity
9. Support on digital storage of contracts for All Bank Agents that have been set up
10. Carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Skills, knowledge and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related field
• 2 years’ experience in Banking or related field with a bias in e-channels
• Good understanding of the Bank’s strategy and its products and services specifically e-product knowledge
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s policies, processes and procedure
• Good understanding and interpretation of industrial and economic trends
• Good knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory frame work including the Financial Institutions Act, the Financial Consumer Protection Guidelines etc.;
• Good knowledge of the bank’s operational systems (IGOR), Credit Quest, MIS etc.
• Good knowledge of Ms. Suite especially Ms. Excel
