The successful candidates will undergo a 12-month accelerated development program designed to impart management, business
knowledge and expertise in preparation for a management role within CCBA.

We are looking for MITs in the following Functions:

– Manufacturing and
– Sales & Marketing
• Rotation across respective Functions & Departments
• Mentoring sessions
• Intense On-the-Job training programs
• Leadership Development Programmes

Skills, Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering and Supply Chain
• Experience; Minimum 5 years (2 years managerial experience)
• Advanced MS skills
• Valid driver’s License
