Government Analyst (10 Positions) at Ministry of Internal Affairs

Minimum Qualification

Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Biology; Biomedical Laboratory Technology; or Food Science; or Biochemistry; or pharmaceutical Science ; or Molecular Biology; or Biotechnology; or Environmental Chemistry or Software engineering; or Toxicology; or Environmental Chemistry or Geochemistry from a recognized University / Institution.

Duties

The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Government Analyst for performing the following duties:-

– Analysing samples/exhibits and interpretation of the results;

– Preparing draft reports;

– Ensuring receipt and registration of sample/exhibits;

– Testifying at the Courts of Law as an expert witness whenever called upon;

– Implementing quality management systems;

– Carrying out sampling;

– Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
