Job Summary:  We are looking for an IT specialist/computer technician. Are you a good problem solver and do you love technology? We offer an interesting job with a lot of autonomy in which you are challenged to maintain our network, computers and servers to ensure a fully functioning IT infrastructure. You will be reporting to the Finance & HR Director and you will be supported by an external IT consultant.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regular maintenance and check-ups of all hardware to ensure proper functioning of the company network (firewall, optic fibre network, servers, printers, routers PC’s etc.)
• Organizing software updates and anti-virus protection for all users and the network
• Issuance of phones, sim cards, personal computers and laptops and keeping a register of all issuances.
• Problem solving for all hard- and software related issues within the company
• Developing Excel and Access databases and tools to improve processes within the organization.

 Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate must hold a Degree in Computer Science
• Three years of proven experience in a reputable organization
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Access)
• CISCO certificate shall be an added advantage
